In addition to The Review, the Research Roundtable, Visual Stream, and Current Intelligence, CTlab now has a CTlab news blog where we'll post items of note about CTlab itself - everything from contributor accomplishments to technical glitches. You can link to it directly via the little "News" link in the site's subheader.
The latest news update is about Dr. Brad Evans, Lecturer in Global Terror at the University of Leeds, who's just joined CTlab and will be lending his considerable intellect to the goings-on here at Current Intelligence.

Hi All. Just thought I would say a brief thanks to Mike for inviting me to be part of this excellent forum. As Mike pointed out, my work really centres on the political and philosophical dimensions to post-Clausewitzean warfare. Although primarily a theorist, I have also spent considerable time "in the field" so to speak, spending a number of years researching and living amonst the Zapatista communities in Mexico. Hopefully I will provide some interesting commentaries to add value to what is already a great place for the cross-fertilisation of ideas.

Excellent news. Welcome, Brad! At last, someone who can assist in my long-term project to rehabilitate Virilio somehow.
Welcome aboard, Brad. I look forward to your contributions.
